We would love to introduce you to our newest board member - Anna Irwin
Anna Irwin is based in central Southland, on a sheep and crop farm with her partner and children. She is a qualified vet and animal welfare champion, as well as having been a Senior Animal Husbandry Extension Specialist with DairyNZ for seven years.
Anna is also the founder of the Hokonui Women’s Network and a participant of the 2022 Escalator Programme through Agri Womens’ Development Trust.
She joined the Thriving Southland Board in November 2023 as an Associate Board member as she is committed to creating a strong rural community.
